A great thing about these reviews in particular is they also offer up suggestions about the service and “what I would like to see”. As with any startup, we have to prioritize religiously but it’s always nice to hear fresh perspectives. Great suggestions! If you see your idea come into action, you can claim credit (or at least say “I told you so”)!
